We start by slowing things down.

You’ll learn to recognise your drinking patterns, your triggers, the stories you tell yourself about alcohol, and how alcohol fits into your identity, stress response, and reward system.

Step 2: Disrupt the pattern

Next, we actively interrupt the habits and routines that keep pulling you back into the same loop.

You’ll experiment with new responses, supportive structures, and alternatives that reduce reliance on willpower.

Many men choose to take a structured alcohol-free break during this phase, not as a forever decision, but as a powerful way to reset, gather data, and experience life with clarity.

Step 3: Upgrade identity and build discipline

With energy and focus returning, the work shifts from behaviour to identity.

You’ll start to recognise which version of you shows up under stress, which one seeks reward, and which one avoids discomfort.

From there, we deliberately build a more aligned identity through action, consistency, and follow-through.

You'll begin to see discipline as a part of who you are instead of something you do.

Step 4: Execute with support

You won’t be doing this on your own.

You’ll be supported through weekly live group coaching calls, a private accountability group, clear weekly actions and reflections, and honest feedback and coaching from me.

You’ll also learn practical tools to handle urges, stress, social pressure, and setbacks without slipping back into old patterns.
